SOCNAV consists of degree programs offered by institutions on or accessible to Navy installations, or selected for non-traditional educational delivery such as Distance Learning or Learning Assessment. Institutional participation in SOCNAV is based on the education needs of the Navy as determined by its voluntary education branch. Because policies and procedures vary, colleges interested in pursuing membership should contact the SOCNAV Project Director. Questions can be sent to: socnav@aascu.org.
