How to Access the Electronic ConAP Form

To access the electronic ConAP form and enroll Future Soldiers in the ConAP program, please follow the listed steps. Accessing the form requires the Future Soldiers e-mail account information and password.

  1. Go to FutureSoldiers Web site
  2. Click on the Orientation Tab on the top left
  3. Click on ConAP - I am a Future Soldier
  4. Enter ako address and password of the Future Soldier
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen

When the Future Soldier hits the submit button, two e-mails will be generated; one to the recruiter of record and one to the college. Once the college acknowledges the ConAP form, e-mails will return to the recruiter of record and the Future Soldier. Only the Future Soldier email will have a copy of the completed ConAP form.
