ConAP personnel conducts numerous Educator/Recruiter Workshops each year. The ConAP workshops highlight the partnership between colleges, Army recruiters, and SOC, as it relates to post-secondary opportunities for members of the Army and Army Reserve. There is also discussion on how colleges can work with recruiters and SOC to recruit, enroll, retain, and graduate students from the various facets of the general military market.
